Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Custom orders, monogrammed items, sale items greater than 30% off, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

EXCHANGES

If you choose to exchange, please note that we house a limited number of quantities per style. We cannot guarantee an exact exchange, but if your exact size/style is no longer available, we can exchange it for a comparable item. 

To start an Exchange: Log into your account and select the order number for the item you are wanting to exchange. In the notes, write the size of the item you would like to exchange your item for. Failure to do so could result in the item you are wanting to exchange being no longer available. When you request an exchange, please allow ONE business day for it to be approved or denied. Once it has been approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. After the exchange has been processed you will be invoiced the cost to ship the item back to you.

 

RETURNS 

If you choose to return for refund, you have two options for reimbursement: a.) we will issue you store credit for the refund amount minus the cost of the pre-paid shipping label. b.) we will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping cost and charge a 5% restocking fee. **Due to the fact that Paypal & Shopify fees are no longer returned to the retailer with reimbursements, effective February 1, 2020, we will charge 5% restocking fee for full payment reimbursement.

When you request a return, please allow ONE business day for the return to be approved or denied. Once it is approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount PLUS the 5% restocking fee.

 

Shipping costs on refunds or exchanges are non-refundable
