Return & Exchange Policy
Please begin by printing and filling out the return form at the bottom of the page. Return it with your order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Custom orders, monogrammed items, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on refunds or exchanges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to exchange, please note that we house a limited number of quantities per style. We cannot guarantee an exact exchange, but if your exact size/style is no longer available, we will exchange for a comparable item.
If you choose to return for refund, you have two options for reimbursement: a.) we will refund the amount of the order and charge a 5% restocking fee. b.) we will give you a store credit for the full refund amount.
Due to the fact that Paypal & Shopify fees are no longer returned to the retailer with reimbursements, effective February 1, 2020, we will charge 5% restocking fee for full payment reimbursement.
