Jellybean Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimums:

• Opening orders must total a minimum of $350 per season, with at least 3 pieces per
style.
• Seasons are divided into Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.
• The $350 minimum must be met each season to maintain an active wholesale
account.
• After the seasonal minimum is met, reorders require only a $125 minimum, with no
style minimums.
• Orders placed under these amounts will be canceled and are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.

 

Placing Orders:

• All orders must be submitted through our wholesale website after wholesale account approval.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to log into their wholesale account before placing an
order to access wholesale pricing.
• We do not issue full refunds for orders accidentally placed on our retail website. If
adjustments are needed, we will issue the difference in store credit only.
• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Sezzle. Sezzle allows you to split the
total into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks.

 

Shipping:

• Shipping and handling costs are calculated and charged at checkout based on
the delivery location and size/weight of your order.
• We do not offer terms or ship COD. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Turnaround Time:

• Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In-stock orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated ship dates for preorders will be posted at the time of ordering.
• While we strive to meet ship dates, delays due to manufacturing or shipping may
occur.

 

Rush Orders:

• For same-day shipping requests, contact us at wholesale@smockcandy.com.
• We will do our best to accommodate at no charge, but if a team member is
unavailable, a $15 rush fee may apply.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations:

• Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed. Due to non-refundable
processing fees incurred on our end, all orders are final upon submission.

 

Reporting Shortages or Incorrect Items:

• Please report any shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by
emailing wholesale@smockcandy.com.

 

Defective Items:

• Inspect all items upon arrival.
• Defective merchandise must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery.
• Items must be returned in the original condition they were shipped in to be eligible
for a replacement or credit.
Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns:

• We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Contact wholesale@smockcandy.com for return authorization.

 

Wholesale Pricing:

• We are committed to offering fair and competitive pricing.
• Wholesale pricing will remain transparent with every seasonal release.

 

Resale of Items:

  • All current season merchandise must be sold at full retail pricing, unless otherwise
    approved.
  • Suggested retail pricing will be provided with each release. Personalization fees may
    be added at your discretion.
  • Reselling at or near wholesale pricing is strictly prohibited and will result in
    termination of your account.
  • Sharing wholesale privileges between businesses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
  • Selling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc., is not allowed.

Inactive Accounts:

• Accounts inactive for more than 6 months will lose wholesale privileges due to limited
account availability.

 

Facebook BST Selling:

BST (Buy/Sell/Trade) activity is allowed under the following conditions:
• You must have the product in hand.
• Items must be sold at retail pricing.
• You must clearly state that you are not affiliated with Smock Candy and that
customers should contact you directly with any questions.
• If you undercut pricing or sell items not in stock, your account will be immediately
terminated.
